• Personal Data: No account creation is required to use the app. We do not ask for your name, email, or contact information to listen to the radio.
• Payment Information: All subscription transactions are securely processed entirely through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card or financial details.
• Usage Data: Your "Favorites" and "Recently Played" stations are stored strictly locally on your own device.

2. Advertising Partners

ReTune432 may display advertisements in the free version of the app using ad networks such as Google AdMob. These networks may utilize Apple's advertising identifiers (IDFA) to serve personalized ads. You remain in full control of your privacy and can manage or disable ad tracking at any time through your iOS device's Privacy & Security settings.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

When you subscribe to Pro features, your purchase and billing lifecycle are managed strictly by Apple via StoreKit. We only receive anonymous validation receipts from Apple to verify your Pro status and unlock features. 4. On-Device Audio Processing

All 432Hz pitch-shifting and audio signal processing algorithms run locally on your device's hardware. We do not record your listening sessions, nor do we transmit any audio snippets, streams, or voice data to our servers.
